Elo is where hotel discovery becomes personal. Shaped by the belief that different moments call for different places, Elo connects travelers with stays chosen for what they make possible.

Our Story

Elo (EH-loh) takes its name from the Portuguese word for link—a nod to the founder's Brazilian heritage and to the relationship between people and place is at the heart of everything we do.

We choose places, and places influence us in return. They can invite us to slow down, look closer, connect more deeply, or experience something unfamiliar.

Elo exists within that relationship—connecting travelers with places, their surroundings, and what lies beyond the stay.

Elo’s travelers are drawn not only to beauty, but to meaning. They notice the atmosphere of a place, the rhythm it creates, and how it shapes the way they feel.

Elo was founded by Ana Carini after two decades working across design, brand and hospitality and a life lived across cultures and continents.

Her belief is simple: where we place ourselves affects how we experience our lives.

Elo grew from that idea, a way of looking at hotels not simply by what they offer, but by the kind of experience they create and the people for whom that experience might matter.
